We don’t have a lot of room on our balcony, but I do grow a lot of herbs. We have parsley, mint, cilantro, dill and basil at the moment. I grow those because we eat them the most! I have typically just purchased seeds from the store to replenish my fresh herbs, but have wanted to start saving my seeds so I didn’t have to rely on buying them at the store. I’ve been living in Europe for over 3 years now and there are some things that I had to give up when I moved here.  One of the things that I had to leave behind in the US was my wheatgrass juicer.  It was really too heavy and we came to the country with just luggage (granted, a lot of it, but just luggage).  It just didn’t make sense to bring it along and I hoped I might be able to find something similar here.  A missing juicer may not sound like a big deal, but for me and my family, it was a beloved treasure.  After arriving here, I realized I wasn’t able to find one here, unfortunately.
